We require 7 days notice to cancel a room free of charge. If you cancel your reservation outside our cancellation policy, you will be charged the full amount.
With standard reservations the guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In the case of a no-show or late cancellation the total cost of the stay will be charged.
With non-refundable reservations the guests credit card is charged the full amount at the time of reserving and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Written notification of a cancellation in the form of an email is required to avoid unnecessary charges. If we do not recieve the required notice of cancellation, the full booking fee will be charged.
